United StatesIt was a gift and my guy wears it , but I thought it would have more substance and that the engraving was burned on. Maybe I should have purchased the black one, but I thought the gold personal message might wear off.

Poor customer service and a bracelet that will go to waste. Would not recommend at all! As a business at least try to come resolution or solution.

United StatesThe engraving was too dark. I’m the picture it looks like it would be gold or silver. The one I got had no color. You have to look close to see it. Otherwise the bracelet is nice.
